Who would you like to thank as you finish your time at Purdue and start your career?

Mom & Dad – without them being my huge support system, I wouldn’t have pushed myself as hard as I did to achieve as many things as I have. They always helped me with everything from homework to speeches for clubs.

Jasmin Allen

I geared my electives towards digital and embedded systems, therefore the classes that help to prepare me for my new job would be: Introduction to Digital Systems, Concurrent Digital Systems, Embedded Digital Systems, and Advanced Embedded Digital Systems.

Heather Battinich

Who would you like to thank as you finish your time at Purdue and start your career?

Toni Munguia, for picking me out despite my introversion and exposing me to so many great opportunities in mentorship, leadership, advocacy, and employment. She has given me so many opportunities to hone in my skills and help others, and it has truly been a great kickstart to my career. She has always been so kind and helpful, and she has greatly improved both my college experience and my path for after college.

Erika Cobb

My husband Chris Cobb & I operate a national financial services franchise, CHOSEN Agency, where we teach other couples & individuals how to build a profitable business in our industry. In an industry that is vastly underrepresented by women and minorities, especially at the top, Chris & I are so proud to lead the charge towards drastically increasing diversity. Representation, at every level, Matters!

Twyla Brown

Twyla Brown is a manager within the Pepsi Beverages of North America industry. She spends majority of her time developing and training staff on important processes needed to increase overall productivity. She enjoys making the workplace a more enjoyable place by hosting events and empowering her team. She feels most accomplished when she drives a line or machine to zero losses in efficiencies. One cool fact to know is she loves to budget with the intent to set her family up for financial freedom and giveback to the community.

Tylece Howell

Three months after graduating from Purdue, I started working remote at Facebook. I support the Facebook Pay team and other teams involving Payment transactions (eg. sending money through Messenger known as our Peer-to-Peer Payments team). My role is focused on improving product quality of our products by analysis of internal signal (ie. employee submitted feedback.) When I’m not working, you can find me (safely) traveling, watching good tv/ movies, and trying new restaurants.
