SMART Lab's CAREER project team held an outreach event at Macau Anglican College (MAC) to provide K-12 students and their teachers with the opportunity to broaden their knowledge in advanced robotics technologies. SMART Lab's CAREER project team had a meeting with Mr. James Basinger, a Deputy Commissioner of Operations in Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC). In the meeting, we discussed potential applications and collected feedback of our newly developed affective workload allocation system for multi-human multi-robot teams in real-world monitoring tasks under correction environments. by Wonse and Dr. Min.

We attended the 2019 Fall Next Generation Scholars Event(NGS) that is one of outreach events for local high school students to introduce ongoing research. We presented two posters at this event: 1) Human-swarm Robot Interaction Platform for STEM Education" by Wonse, and 2) "You Cannot Hide Your Emotions From Us!" by Manoj.
