General Outcomes

All Organizational Leadership graduates must demonstrate that they can:

A.     Effectively solve problems in a modern technological society utilizing the skills and knowledge provided by the Organizational Leadership program at Purdue University.
B.     Function and communicate effectively, both individually and within multidisciplinary teams.
C.     Continue to grow through lifelong education and professional development.
D.     Be cognizant and sensitive to the consequences of their decisions work, both ethically and professionally.
