Organizational Leadership Concentrations
To be successful, managers need their employees to connect with their businesses, technologies and each other. The Polytechnic’s organizational leadership major offers three concentrations – business intelligence, organizational design and transformation and project management – that teach students how to help their future staff members become indispensable employees.
The Business Intelligence concentration is designed for students who want to critically evaluate data in order to make strategic changes in their organizations.
Organizational Design and Transformation
The Organizational Design and Transformation concentration teaches skills to help students design organizations that are stable, efficient, agile and responsive to constantly changing dynamics.
The Project Management concentration equips students with an understanding of the leadership approaches that best support successful project-intensive environments.
