To successfully graduate from the MSAAM program, both non-thesis option and thesis option student must:
- Have an approved Electronic Plan of Study (EPOS) on file at the beginning of the last semester.
- Have all EPOS changes approved by the last semester.
- Finish all courses according to EPOS.
- Contact the SATT Graduate Coordinator to register CAND 99100 for the last semester.
- Have no holds on the Purdue account record.
- Finish exit surveys.
In addition, a thesis option student in the MSAAM must:
- Schedule and successfully defend the thesis proposal in a meeting with committee before the last semester.
- Register a total 6 credit hours of AT 69800 in the last two semesters.
- Schedule thesis format meeting with committee and revise thesis as requested.
- Contact thesis advisor and check plagiarism with iThenticate.
- Schedule and successfully defend the thesis in a meeting with committee. The defense must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Deposit thesis to the Graduate School, Purdue Library e-pubs, and a courtesy copy to the committee.
