What are my funding options?
The process for securing a TA position is different than for the RA position. If you are interested in an RA position, you will need to reach out directly to the faculty member(s) you are interested in working with to inquire of a position. PLEASE NOTE: Assistantships are not a guarantee. We cannot guarantee everyone who applies will be accepted. Additionally, you will have to apply for an assistantship every semester unless you are specifically asked to become an RA or TA from one of the professors and receive an offer letter from the department. The TA/RA positions do come with a tuition waiver, however there are some fees which are not covered.
- Student Fitness & Wellness Fee
- Student Activity Fee
- International Student Fee (if applicable)
- College Differential Fee
