SCHEDULE
Computing Career Fair (September 4-5, 2024)
8 – 9 a.m.: Check-in/Set-up
Check in at the exterior entrance to the Co-Rec Gold/Black Gyms 1-3. Parking for the career fair will be available in the lot to the east of Rankin Track and Field complex north of the Co-Rec.
9 a.m. – 3 p.m.: Purdue Computing Career Fair
Gold and Black Gymnasiums (1-3), France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center (Co-Rec)
- 8 – 10 a.m.: Continental Breakfast Available
- 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Boxed Lunch Available
- Refreshments available throughout the day
3 – 4 p.m.: Tear down
INTERVIEW SPACE
Companies may interview students during the career fair at their company booth or they may request one of the private rooms we have reserved for interviews at no additional cost. Be sure to note your interest during registration as there are a limited number of rooms.
ELECTRICITY NEEDS
Electrical access will be limited. If your booth requires electricity, please be certain to request it during registration. Booth assignments will be noted by electrical requirements. Company representatives are responsible for providing extension cords as well as any power strips (25 to 50 ft extension cord is recommended).
SHIPPING
All display materials must be delivered to Purdue University Stewart Center by September 2, 2024.

Please write ;"Computing Career Fair" on all packages sent to this address so they can be delivered to the fair in a timely fashion.
Note: All packages MUST be addressed exactly as indicated above to ensure proper delivery and by the aforementioned deadline. The only way to track delivery of display materials will be with a tracking number. All packages received are delivered daily between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. There are no weekend deliveries.
A Display Destination Tag must be attached to ALL of your packages. This is imperative in having your exhibit delivered on time and to the proper location. Please mark all packages clearly with your company name. You are responsible for providing your own shipping/return labels with your account numbers. Please only use UPS or FedEx.
All packages will be located at your booth upon arrival. If your packages do not arrive by September 2, 2024, we cannot guarantee they will be available on the day of the fair.
Please note that the Computing Career Fair will not be transferring company displays to any other Purdue career fair. Companies who want to ship one display to Purdue University will need to plan to have their recruiters/representatives make those transfers and take responsibility for those packages.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
If you fly into the Indianapolis International Airport, you may wish to shuttle to West Lafayette on the Lafayette Limo service. Shuttles depart from the airport every two hours between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. For specific fare information, visit https://www.lafayettelimo.com/index.php/services/90-shuttle-services.
PARKING
Parking for registered career fair guests will be in the parking lot to the east of the Rankin Track and Field complex, north of the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center. (Co-Rec). Parking passes will be provided at check-in. Due to the parking limitations in the lot, only two (2) parking passes per company registration will be automatically issued at check-in. However, if additional parking is needed, please request it during your registration. We will do our best to accommodate your parking needs.
Please check in prior to parking as you will need to display your parking pass in your vehicle. NOTE: Do not back into the parking space as you will receive a ticket by Purdue Parking.
INTERNET CONNECTION
Purdue University is now an AT&T hotspot, so no access code is needed.
HOSPITALITY AREA
The hospitality area will be located near the Feature gym. Water, and coffee will be available throughout the fair and lunch will be available for all registered recruiters from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
