Technical Details
Polytechnic tutoring sessions are being held via Webex, a secure videoconferencing tool. A link to your specific tutor’s meeting room is below; most web browsers should work, although we find Google Chrome to work especially well with Webex.
Before entering the online meeting room, Webex will ask for your name and email address.
Click “Join Now” and follow the instructions that appear on your screen.
To hear the session’s live audio, Webex will offer options like “use phone” and “use computer for audio.” Select the “use computer” option and click the “call using computer” button to interact with your tutor via your computer’s webcam, microphone and speakers. (If you’re connecting via a mobile device, you will probably need to download the Webex Meet app.)
To attend a specific online session, follow the link below to your tutor’s personal meeting room.
