Chris's vision is to see students and leaders flourish and succeed. With over 25 years of corporate experience, Chris delivers this expertise and experience to the classroom. He teaches leadership and project management at Purdue University. Chris is the owner and founder of Open Pivot Inc., which delivers professional training, coaching and strategic planning. Chris has successfully coached over 1000 individuals, focusing on executive leaders, emerging leaders, managers, and sales leaders.

Chris served as a member of the board of directors at Cathedral High School and is the founder of the Emerging Leaders initiative for the school’s leadership succession plan.

Chris resides in Carmel, Indiana. He is married to his wife Tricia of 28 years and has two daughters Margaret and Claire. 

Chris is a passionate Purdue football and basketball fan.
