"Being part of a study abroad program has profoundly influenced my perspective on life and future plans. While living in a metropolitan area has exposed me to various cultures, my experiences in Peru and Chile have deepened my appreciation for cultures I wasn't previously familiar with. I now have a newfound respect for these diverse perspectives. I am eager to apply the knowledge and experiences I've gained to immerse myself socially and culturally in different environment."

"Studying abroad for a semester may seem daunting, but it's a nice in a lifetime opportunity that will connect you with people around the world especially the country you are studying in. University New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney was beautiful and classes were easy to follow. The option of taking a short bus to have sunsets beach or a weekend trip to the great barrier reef was always there. I got to learn so many things about Australian culture and the people as well as make friends with people around the globe. Truly something that will be the highlight of my years at Purdue."

"Studying Abroad at the Hochschule Darmstadt was so much more than what the limitations of pen and paper can breach. I was enveloped in the German way of life, while making life long friends from the four corners of the earth. The university gave me the technical skills I needed for my career, and the city gave me the skills I needed for life. No matter how much red tape one may cross, in the end it is always worth it."
