Purdue Polytechnic's PhD in Aviation Technology and Management program prepares graduates to serve important education, research and policy-making roles in the aviation industry. This on-campus doctoral program requires at least 90 credit hours of coursework and research at the graduate level. Students who enter the program with a master’s degree may apply up to a maximum of 30 course credit hours toward the minimum of 90 credit hours required for the PhD degree, subject to faculty advisor approval.
