Damon Sisk was a first generation college student, with a homeschool background.  After college, his professional career began with Amatrol Inc. as a mechanical engineer, where he both designed new products and redesigned old products.  He transitioned to Grote Inc. where he performed applied research and development on a novel LED encapsulation process and designed custom equipment for the process.
He is currently a Senior Continuing Lecturer of Mechanical Engineering Technology for the Purdue Statewide Technology location at New Albany.
