I am thrilled to have been teaching in the Interior Architecture program since the Fall 2001 semester. I hold both a BA and MA in Interior Design from Purdue University, a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Indiana University, and an MS in Public Safety from Indiana University. My professional design experience includes extensive commercial design and project management of office, educational and healthcare facilities. My special areas of interest, however, includes life-safety in commercial structures, as well as using service-learning partners for experiential education in the classroom.
