Asia (Smith-Bey) Coffee

Asia Coffee, IIDA, RID, is a senior interior designer at Schmidt Associates, where she creates functional, meaningful spaces that reflect each Owner's vision and enhance the lives of end-users. With more than two decades of experience and a distinctive eye for detail, Asia is known for delivering interiors that are both impactful and deeply personal. Her creativity extends beyond design, whether she is crafting confectionery creations at home or teaching cake decorating classes. Asia also supports the next generation of designers through her service on the Professional Advisory Board for the IUPUI Interior Design program. A 2009 graduate of Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in interior design, she is honored to be recognized as a 2026 Purdue Polytechnic Outstanding Technology Alumni Award recipient.
