This form collects details to publicize events for the Purdue Polytechnic community, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public. After you click "Save," our marketing communication office will review the details, typically the next business day, and publish them on the calendar. In addition to being added to our online calendar, we may promote your event through:

  • Social media: Our marketing team may include your event on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn. Social promotion depends on the event’s scope, audience, and timing, and is not guaranteed. To improve visibility, upload an image and provide a link to additional event details (e.g., a registration page).
  • Digital screens: Events with uploaded images may also be featured on screens near Knoy Hall’s lobby and other public areas.
