Amy Boyle is the vice president for human resources at Purdue University, bringing more than 20 years of experience within Purdue's HR organization. Prior to assuming her current role, she served as associate vice president for talent, where she helped strengthen Purdue's position as a leader in the development, engagement, retention and attraction of innovative talent. Throughout her career at Purdue, Boyle has held roles spanning recruitment, compensation, employee relations and senior HR leadership, giving her a comprehensive and strategic perspective on workforce excellence.

Known for uniting teams and delivering clear strategic direction, Boyle has led several high-impact initiatives, including the integration of the former Student Life and Physical Facilities HR teams, improving service delivery while simplifying processes and eliminating redundancies. She has played key leadership roles in Transform Purdue, the Human Capital Management (SuccessFactors) implementation, the job family structure initiative and the Future of Work project. Before joining Purdue, she began her HR career in manufacturing as an HR generalist. Boyle is an active member of CUPA-HR and a graduate of the Collegiate Management Institute and the American Research Universities Human Resource Institute. She holds a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue West Lafayette and an MBA from Purdue Global, reflecting her deep commitment to innovation, inclusive leadership and building a dynamic workplace.
