Dr. Sakhi Aggrawal is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Google, where she leads large-scale technical infrastructure and capacity planning initiatives at the intersection of systems strategy, data, and execution, and manages globally distributed teams of Technical Program Managers. She brings over a decade of experience working across complex, cross-functional environments, translating technical depth into scalable, real-world impact. Her work reflects a strong commitment to building resilient systems and teams that operate effectively at scale.

In addition to her industry leadership, Dr. Aggrawal is an educator, researcher, and founder dedicated to advancing innovation in technology and education. She holds a PhD in Technology from Purdue University and serves as a lecturer, teaching courses at the intersection of artificial intelligence, project management, and applied computing. She is also the Founder and President of the Institute for Educational Innovation & Technology (IEIT), a nonprofit focused on research, mentoring, and experiential learning.
