Purdue Aviation Technology Fall 2026 Career Fair

INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS
All current and former students of Purdue SATT are welcome to attend. The event will be open to students from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Students may stay for as long as they wish.

There are no admissions fees for students

INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS
Thank you for your interest in the School of Aviation & Transportation Technology (SATT)! Please join us at our career fair to meet students interested in jobs and internships at your company. This event allows you and your company to meet and discuss career opportunities with many bright, young aviation professionals ranging from freshmen to graduate students, as well as recent graduates.

Focus areas include:

Aeronautical Engineering Technology (A&P Program)
Aerospace Financial Analysis
Aviation, Airline, and Airport Management
Professional Flight
Unmanned Aerial Systems

INTERVIEW SPACE
Companies may interview students during the career fair at their company booth or they may request a private room. We have a very limited number of rooms for private interviews during the day. Please reach out to bethsmith@purdue.edu to reserve a room.

ELECTRICITY NEEDS
Electrical access will be limited. If your booth requires electricity please be certain to request it during registration. Booth assignments will be noted by electrical requirements.

SHIPPING
All shipped materials should be delivered to Niswonger Aviation Technology Building one week in advance of the career fair. Packages and displays are to be sent to:

This is imperative in having your exhibit delivered on time and to the proper location. Please mark all packages clearly with your company name. All packages will be located at your booth upon arrival.

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM AIRPORT
If you fly into the Indianapolis International airport, you may wish to shuttle to West Lafayette on the Lafayette Limo service. PARKING
Parking will be available at the airport. You will receive detailed information after you register

INTERNET CONNECTION
Purdue University is now an AT&T hotspot, so no access code is needed.

HOSPITALITY AREA
The hospitality area, which will include the catered lunch, as well as the check in booth will be located in Hangar 5.
