The Bowen School of Construction is launching a dynamic new speaker series designed to motivate, inspire, and engage students. Titled "BoilerBuilt Insights: Building What's Next," the ongoing series will connect classroom concepts directly to industry internship experiences.
Hosted once each semester, the series features distinguished industry leaders and professionals. Guest speakers will share their expertise, career journeys, and insights into the evolving built environment. The overarching goal of the series is to create energy, enthusiasm and meaningful dialogue around the challenges and innovations shaping the construction world.
Attendance is mandatory for all Bowen School of Construction students. The gathering provides a unique opportunity for students to connect, learn, and build meaningful relationships alongside faculty, staff, and industry professionals. Beyond the featured presentations, attendees will have time to network with peers and expand their understanding of construction-related career pathways.
The inaugural BoilerBuilt Insights event takes place this September on the West Lafayette campus.

- 5:45 p.m. – Doors open for seating
- 6:00 p.m. – Speaker presentation begins
- 6:30 p.m. – Q&A session
- 6:45 p.m. – Event concludes (Window opens for Indianapolis students to catch the final bus back to the city)
