*I am a lecturer at Purdue University School of Construction Management Technology. I have always wanted to be a #paradigmshift in the Construction Industry and training the future leaders of Construction Management is one of best ways I know how.
*I have a passion for applying LEAN principles to construction projects. I enjoy Industrial projects especially Power Generation. I hope to pursue research opportunities in sustainable building practices, building efficiencies, implementing clean air technologies in indoor facilities and LEAN as it relates to Construction Management and Logistics.
*I have worked on multi-million dollar projects including the IU FAMES Lab, Plant Barry FGD Build and Bottom Ash improvement projects, Eagle Valley Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Project, Birch Bayh Federal Court House, Eskenazi Hospital, Marathon Oil Refinery in Canton, Ohio, Indianapolis Waste Water Treatment Plant, Stout Power Generation Station and various other projects. I have acquired many skills including: leadership, interpersonal communications, management of millions in inventory, soldering/brazing, screwed pipe, grooved pipe and some weld pipping, including stick and orbital welding. I also have an OSHA 30 and industrial rigging certification. Support and piping layout is something I have spent a great deal of time doing. I also have an Indiana Contractors Plumbing License and Certified Weld Inspector. I am a member of I am a member of UA Local 440 Plumbers, Steamfitters, & HVACR Service Technicians
