Digital Forensics

The identification, collection, and preservation of digital data and evidence are essential to the mitigation and prosecution of cybercrimes. This course will introduce learners to the fundamentals of digital forensics and cyber crime scene analysis, including relevant laws and regulations, international standards for forensic analysis, and methods for conducting forensic investigations.

Social Engineering

One of the biggest threats to cybersecurity is social engineering. Social engineering is the use of various techniques, including deception and manipulation, to gain access or information by inducing individuals to compromise security. This course will introduce learners to the psychological principles that underlie social engineering, some of the tools commonly used in social engineering attacks, and how to prevent and mitigate social engineering attacks.
