Virtual Reality Lab

Welcome to the Virtual Reality (VR) Lab of the School of Applied and Creative Computing at Purdue University, Polytechnic Institute. The VR Lab was established by Dr. Christos Mousas to pursue research in virtual reality, intelligent virtual agents, virtual humans, computer animation & simulation, and human-computer interaction. It is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging, computing, and data acquisition devices. The lab's members work on interdisciplinary research projects with researchers across many fields. 

Join The VR Lab: ACC's Virtual Reality Lab welcomes BS, MS, and Ph.D. students from diverse backgrounds to work on research projects on the intersection of virtual reality, intelligent virtual agents, virtual humans, and computer animation and simulation. If you are an undergraduate/graduate student at the School of Applied and Creative Computing, please feel free to stop by Dr. Mousas office (Knoy 325) or email him to schedule a meeting. Potential incoming students, please email Dr. Mousas directly (including your CV) to schedule a meeting and explore the possibility of joining the VR Lab or collaborating on research with its members. Before contacting Dr. Mousas, please familiarize yourself with his current research projects. If interested, please apply to the Ph.D. in Technology (Computational Science and Engineering concentration) or to the Ph.D. in Computer and Information Technology programs and list Dr. Mousas as your preferred advisor.
