WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Purdue IN-MaC makes strategic investments and partnerships in education and workforce development activities critical to developing and cultivating a more talented, engaged, and productive workforce. IN-MaC collaborates with industry and K-16 education in Indiana and across the nation. Programming and curriculum are focused on early access to technologies of the future and dedicated science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. Enabling STEM education and training programming with K-12, community college, undergraduate education, and industry partners while driving the opportunity for equity and access for all to obtain high-skill, high-wage, in-demand jobs.

Design and Innovation Studio
IN-MaC, in partnership with STEM Education Works, are investing in Design & Innovation Studios™ (DIS) across the state of Indiana. The DIS model provides a variety of opportunities for schools, educators, students, and industry to discover new ways to explore design thinking, problem-solving, technology, and creative skill sets.

Pathway Systems
IN-MaC coordinates people, assets, and resources to align
industry needs with education systems through innovative
models that include work-based and project-based learning,
internships, and professional skills integration. IN-MaC focuses on promoting this system for K-12 and postsecondary education.

Microgrants
