Purdue Polytechnic in Anderson honors class of 2025-26 at commencement

Purdue Polytechnic in Anderson celebrated its class of 2025-26 graduates on Tuesday, May 12, during a commencement ceremony held at 6 p.m. at the campus location. The event recognized the accomplishments of 15 students earning degrees across diverse technological fields.

Purdue Polytechnic Anderson serves as a hub for technological education in Madison County. The location provides students access to local industry partnerships and numerous career opportunities.

The ceremony featured an address to the candidates by Rami Ghannam, head of the School of Engineering Technology. Ghannam offered words of encouragement and insight to the graduating class.

The evening began with a processional. Christy Tollett, location director, served as the master of ceremonies and delivered the welcome and introductory remarks.

Wyatt Cash, a Bachelor of Science recipient in mechanical engineering technology, delivered the class response. He shared reflections on behalf of his fellow graduates.

The graduating class received degrees in programs including mechanical engineering technology.

Purdue Polytechnic in Anderson, part of a statewide system of nine locations, emphasizes hands-on learning and industry-relevant education. The college prepares graduates for immediate employment and career growth in various sectors.
