Student Organizations

Getting involved outside the classroom is a key part of the Construction Management experience at Purdue’s Bowen School of Construction Management. Students have access to a wide range of organizations that connect them directly with industry professionals, real-world projects, and a strong peer network. From nationally recognized groups like Associated Builders & Contractors, Associated General Contractors, and the Design-Build Institute of America, to specialized organizations such as the American Society for Healthcare Engineering and the National Electrical Contractors Association, these clubs help students explore career paths across the construction industry. Opportunities like BCMentors, Sigma Lambda Chi, and Women in Construction Management also foster leadership, mentorship, and community—ensuring every student can build meaningful connections while developing the skills needed to succeed after graduation.
