Angie Murphy
Senior Academic Advisor
Office: Knoy Hall of Technology, Room 271

Advising Appointments will be Remote from June 1 - August 4

I am in Knoy Hall, Room 271, Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays.

If my door is open, and I am not helping another student, feel free to stop in.

Reminders:

Current CIT Students:  Current CIT Students may schedule appointments in Boiler Connect -  which requires 12 hour lead time to schedule appointment.

To join my office hours scheduled as virtual, please go to my meeting room here, https://purdue.webex.com/meet/armurphy   When you first join me in WebEx, you will be "parked" in a waiting room until I add you to join. This is to ensure no students can come in while I am meeting with another student.  These drop ins are for no more than 15 minutes.

The CIT Advising office will no longer be holding open office hours, but rather we have moved to an open door policy to create more flexibility for students to stop by. What does this mean? Simply drop by our office and we are happy to help as long as we are not with another student. This goal is to create more flexibility for student schedules, so we look forward to seeing you all throughout the week.

Other ways to connect with me:

We can discuss concerns by phone, email (be sure to use your Purdue email!), or Boiler Connect is available for my students to schedule appointments with me during times I am available (https://purdue.campus.eab.com/pal/06R0eUg-bB). Note: You cannot book an appointment in Boiler Connect sooner than 12 hours out, so plan accordingly. Be sure to indicate whether you want an in-person or virtual visit, and you will receive an email confirmation upon scheduling an appointment that will include my office number or information on how to access my WebEx room.
