Lisa is the architect of the Pathways System model-a proven framework that integrates academic, technical, and professional skill development to guide students and adult learners toward informed career decisions and long-term success. Her work centers on bringing industry, education, and community partners together to design sustainable, employer-driven programs that reflect real workforce needs.
Throughout her career, Lisa has coached and supported organizations in building impactful partnerships that translate into hands-on learning experiences, internships, and direct career pathways. Her efforts have led to the development and expansion of 22 academies and institutes across Indiana, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Mississippi.
