Admission Requirements
The admissions process selects highly qualified applicants for the Master of Science Organizational Leadership and Innovation by considering each of the following criteria in judging the overall strength of the applicant. Typically, no single criterion is used as a sole determinant for admission.
Admissions requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, professional or graduate degree from an accredited institution in a relevant major such as business administration, management, communications, psychology, human resources or related disciplines.
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- English Proficiency Requirements Vary
- One year of related professional work experience is preferred.
